DAMAGED WHEEL REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

Even the best roads have surprises. While impact damage isn’t covered under warranty, NEUSPEED offers a Damaged Wheel Replacement Program to help original owners get back on the road quickly and confidently.

This program is designed as a customer courtesy, not a warranty or insurance policy.

Program Overview

If a NEUSPEED wheel becomes damaged due to road hazards, impacts, or use, the original purchaser may replace the damaged wheel at 30% off MSRP, plus shipping.

This program helps reduce the cost of unexpected damage while maintaining the integrity and safety of your wheel setup.

Eligibility

The Damaged Wheel Replacement Program is available under the following conditions:

  • Applies only to the original retail purchaser
  • Proof of original purchase is required
  • Replacement must be for the same wheel model, size, finish, and specification
  • Program applies to wheels purchased new from NEUSPEED or an authorized NEUSPEED dealer
  • The program is non-transferable and expires if the wheel is sold or ownership is transferred

    Returning the damaged wheel to NEUSPEED as part of the replacement process is not required.

What’s Covered

This program applies to damage resulting from normal road use or driving incidents, including but not limited to:

  • Bent or cracked wheels from potholes or road hazards
  • Impact damage from curbs or debris
  • Damage sustained during street or track use

    Cosmetic damage alone does not affect eligibility; however, NEUSPEED reserves the right to inspect all wheels.

What Is Not Covered

This program does not apply to:

  • Wheels that have been modified, refinished, or altered
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or fitment
  • Wheels replaced under warranty for manufacturing defects
  • Requests for alternate wheel designs, sizes, or finishes

    This program does not cover mounting, balancing, labor, or vehicle-related costs.

Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact wheels@neuspeed.com or (805) 388-7171 with your order information and photos of the damaged wheel
  2. Upon approval, you’ll be provided instructions to purchase the replacement wheel at 30% off MSRP, plus shipping
  3. The damaged wheel must be returned to NEUSPEED for verification

    Replacement wheels are subject to current inventory availability.

  • This program is offered as a courtesy and may be modified or discontinued at any time
  • Replacement wheels must match the original specification
  • This program is not a warranty and does not extend or replace warranty coverage
