To offer the widest range of fitments and finishes, some NEUSPEED wheels are available as pre-orders or may temporarily go on backorder. The information below explains how availability, estimated ship dates, and cancellations are handled.

Inventory Status & ETAs

Inventory availability and estimated ship dates (ETAs) are displayed on each product page once a specific size and finish (SKU) is selected. All ETAs are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, inbound shipments, supply chain conditions, or inventory demand.

If a fitment or finish sells out during a pre-order period, backorders with updated ETAs may continue to be accepted.

Order Priority & Pricing

Pre-orders and backorders are fulfilled in chronological order, with inventory allocated based on order date. Pre-order pricing or promotional discounts are based on availability and are subject to change at any time. Discounted pricing may not be honored if an order is canceled and later reordered.

Order Processing & Payment

By placing a pre-order or backorder:

• Payment is captured in full at checkout
• Your order is secured and allocated based on production availability
  
  Pre-orders are considered special-order items, as production and inbound inventory are planned based on customer demand.

Cancellations & Refunds

By committing to a pre-order or backorder, you agree to the following cancellation terms:

• Cancellations requested within 120 days of the order date are subject to a 5% processing fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs
• Cancellations requested after 120 days from the order date are eligible for a full refund, as the order has not been fulfilled within the expected timeframe
  
  Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 3 business days, subject to payment provider timelines.

• Modification or cancellation options may be limited once an order has been placed
