NEUSPEED RS Wheels are engineered and manufactured to exacting standards. We stand behind our products and offer the following limited warranty to provide confidence in your purchase.

Limited Product Warranty

NEUSPEED RS Wheels and Automotive Performance Systems, Inc. (“NEUSPEED”) warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing.

This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects present at the time of production, including but not limited to:

• Structural defects resulting from material or manufacturing error
• Machining defects affecting proper fitment or balance
• Finish defects caused by improper application or curing

Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis after inspection.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Improper fitment or application
• Improper installation or use
• Tire mounting or dismounting equipment
• Road hazards, impacts, potholes, curbs, debris, or accidents
• Track use, racing, off-road use, or competition driving
• Vehicle modifications affecting fitment or load
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, or environmental exposure
• Altered, refinished, repaired, or modified products

Cracks, bends, or deformations resulting from impact or external force are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty.

Finish Warranty

Wheel finishes are covered against peeling or lifting caused by manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.

Finish damage resulting from road debris, brake dust, chemicals, improper cleaning, curb contact, or tire mounting equipment is not covered. Customers are responsible for inspecting wheels before tire mounting or installation, as damage occurring during or after installation is not covered under warranty.

Fitment Responsibility

Vehicle fitment is the responsibility of the purchaser. While our team may provide fitment guidance, all recommendations are advisory only and do not constitute a guarantee. Variables such as suspension setup, alignment, ride height, tire selection, and vehicle modifications can affect fitment and clearance.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact wheels@neuspeed.com or (805) 388-7171 with:

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the affected product

If approved, NEUSPEED will provide return instructions for inspection. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused. NEUSPEED reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion.

Removal, reinstallation, mounting, balancing, shipping, and labor costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Wheel Replacement Program

Damage caused by impacts, road hazards, or use is not covered under warranty. However, NEUSPEED offers a Damaged Wheel Replacement Program, allowing the original purchaser to replace a damaged wheel at 30% off MSRP (plus shipping). Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEUSPEED shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products. NEUSPEED’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product only.
