RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Eligibility
Unused, unmounted products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition, original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges require prior authorization.
Items must be inspected upon delivery. Any issues must be reported before installation or use.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Wheels that have been mounted to tires or installed on a vehicle
- Products showing any signs of use or wear
- Custom, personalized, or modified items
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items
- Special-order items unless otherwise stated
Once a wheel has been mounted or installed, it is considered used and cannot be returned for any reason.
Fitment Responsibility
Vehicle fitment is the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend confirming fitment prior to purchase. NEUSPEED RS Wheels is not responsible for incorrect fitment or compatibility issues once a product has been mounted or installed. Fitment recommendations provided by our team are offered as guidance only and are not a guarantee.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated from the original purchase price. This fee covers inspection, processing, reboxing, and restocking costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges (including outbound shipping on orders that qualified for free shipping) are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 3 business days, subject to your payment provider’s processing times.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After evaluation, we will provide appropriate instructions for replacement or resolution at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at wheels@neuspeed.com or (805) 388-7171 with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
