SHIPPING & TRACKING

Order Processing

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. If an item is out of stock, your order may ship once inventory becomes available. During high-volume periods, processing and carrier transit times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates only and begin once your order has shipped. Expedited shipping options are available within the continental United States.

Free Shipping (When Offered)

When available, free shipping applies to online orders shipped within the continental U.S. using standard ground service selected by NEUSPEED RS Wheels / Automotive Performance Systems, Inc. Express shipping is not eligible, and certain items may be excluded. Free shipping offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Signature Delivery (Optional)

Signature delivery is not required by default. If you would like to add a signature requirement, please contact us prior to shipment with your order number. An adult must be present at delivery to sign.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

NEUSPEED RS Wheels is not responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges. All applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customers outside the U.S. should contact a local NEUSPEED reseller.

Non-Shipping Days

Orders do not ship on weekends or U.S. national holidays.

Route Package Protection

Optional Route Package Protection may be available at checkout for added coverage during transit. Route’s terms and claims process apply if selected.
